Key Responsibilities

As part of our graduate opportunities programme, you will :

• Support the execution of core functions within the department while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the role contributes to the overall business and customer value chain
• Contribute to day-to-day operations, including analysis, reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, projects and process improvements, fostering a broader understanding of organizational dynamics
• Build foundational knowledge of the insurance industry, including but not limited to products, customer segments, regulatory requirements and risk management practices
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify gaps, recommend improvements and support the enhancement of operational efficiency and customer experience
• Actively engage in continuous learning through on-the-job exposure, training and feedback, demonstrating ownership of personal and professional development
• Participate in projects or initiatives beyond immediate scope when opportunities arise, to broaden exposure and develop versatility across functions
• Develop strong communication and stakeholder management skills by working with colleagues across different levels and departments
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance and professionalism in alignment with company values and regulatory expectations
• Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a growth mindset by embracing new challenges and continuously seeking ways to add value to the organization

Requirements

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience
• Minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn
